In the beginning of online fitness, I didn't really think that I have the same exercises, working the same muscles and still staying strong but that thought had changed after just a week of doing the online fitness. It has gotten me much stronger physically and mentally.

 

Sarah has really helped me stay motivated both physically and mentally.

 

When I first came back on court, the first thing my tennis coach said during the practice is that I have never been such a strong competitor.

 

In the end, I truly think that all of this has helped me so much, and I am so happy that I got to continue with Sarah.
